What is Beatport Next?
Beatport Next is Beatport's official accelerator for emerging artists. During the program year, the 12 selected artists receive support on multiple levels:
- Editorial and social promotion on Beatportal (interviews, articles, exclusive content);
- Visibility on Beatport.com (banners, features, homepage takeover, playlists, and integration with DJ charts);
- Offline opportunities (festivals, livestreams, panels, and potential brand partnerships);
- Networking and development sessions with Beatport professionals and teams;
- Free access to partner tools (Plugin Boutique, LabelRadar, Loopcloud, etc.).
Past participants include TSHA, Nia Archives, and Azzecca, now featured in international lineups, charts, and editorial columns.
Who can participate?
The program is open to artists of all genres and backgrounds, with the aim of representing the global electronic scene. Main requirements:
- Music already available on Beatport;
- Solid release plan for 2026 (singles, EPs, albums);
- Releases signed to recognized labels or managing your own imprint;
- Credible track record as a DJ and producer, with existing businesses and momentum to build.

How to apply
Applications for Beatport Next 2026 are open from October 7th to November 7th 2025. Fill out the official form on Beatportal: Apply here.
Before submitting your application
- Update your Beatport artist page and label link;
- Align your social media and press kit with your artistic identity;
- Verify Beatport tags and genres to maximize visibility and chart eligibility;
- Prepare a 150–250 word statement with goals, sound, milestones and next steps (6–12 months);
- Explain why 2026 is key for your career and show a clear release schedule (aliases, collaborations, labels);
- Offer the Beatport team a substantial project (album campaign, label launch, tour, etc.) that generates support opportunities throughout the year.
