Supplier and object
The online professional service is provided by Mantovani Europe SL, Calle Parra S/N, Building ACEB, Oficina 8, 29631 Arroyo de la Miel, Málaga, Spain. The reservation is for an online meeting of the duration, in the day and in the band chosen by the customer.
Price, VAT and confirmation
Please note that the rates are VAT excluded. Before payment, the site is shown separately taxable, Spanish VAT at 21% and total. The booking is confirmed after receipt of the payment; confirmation and these conditions are sent to the email address indicated by the customer.
Google Meet or Zoom
The customer chooses Google Meet or Zoom. The link to connect is sent by email in 30 minutes prior to the start time; the customer must also check the spam folder. If the chosen platform is not available for technical reasons, the meeting can take place on the other platform, with email communication.
Participation and absence
The customer must have adequate connection, device, audio and video. A customer’s delay does not extend the reserved range. If the customer does not participate, the service is considered to be available for the entire range and, after or without delay, the legal right of withdrawal, the consideration is not refundable.
Changes
A request from the customer sent at least 48 hours before may be received only once, subject to availability. Late requests do not give automatic right to move or refund, subject to inderogable rights and cases valued by force majeure.
Mantovani Europe SL can move the meeting for technical or organizational reasons, unavailability or force majeure. The customer is informed by email and receives an alternative range. If a reasonable alternative cannot be agreed within 30 days, the meeting cannot be refunded.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal and other inderogable rights recognised to the consumer by the rules on distance contracts remains applicable.
To exercise the withdrawal, when applicable, the customer may send to calendar@robertomantovani.com an explicit statement by name, email used for booking, date and time of the meeting and will to cancel.
Customer responsibility
The data provided must be correct and the email address must be able to receive communications. The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of the link and cannot transfer it to third parties without authorization.
Applicable law and complaints
Spanish law applies, without depriving the consumer of the country's imperative safeguards or the inderogably competent forum. calendar@robertomantovani.com.
