How many songs can I send with Cartolina Digitale?
Each Cartolina Digitale covers one single and therefore one audio track.
Which audio format should I upload?
Upload an MP3 file encoded at 320 kbps.
When will my Cartolina Digitale be sent?
Once the order is complete and the materials have been approved, the campaign will be sent on the date selected in the order form.
What size should the single cover be?
Single covers should be square. We recommend a JPG file with a minimum resolution of 2000 2000 pixels.
What are the press release requirements?
Enter the press release for your single in the order form. It must be at least 1,000 characters. If you need help writing it, our editorial team can prepare it for €25 plus 21% VAT.
Does the press release need to be in the destination country’s language?
International Cartolina Digitale campaigns include a free translation of the press release, so you may submit it in Italian.
